At Clean Butts, we understand the special bond that you have with your pet, and we believe that every grooming session should be a positive and stress-free experience.
We take your pets well-being above all else.
Behavioral/ Medical/Age-related concerns
Let’s set up everyone for success!
Prior to your booked services, please let us know of any existing medical conditions, allergies or behavioral/ temperament issues, or age-related concerns your pet may have. Clean Butts will assess and best accommodate your pet’s needs.
Drop off
We ask that you text/call us if you are going to be late. If you are more than 15mins late a $15 fee will be added to your final bill.
In the event that you are more than 30mins late, it is up to your groomer if they can accommodate your appointment. If they can, a late fee of $30 will be added to the service. If your groomer cannot accommodate your tardiness and have to cancel your appointment, you will be charged full amount of services booked.
PICK UP
We give each pet parent a 30 min notice (unless agreed upon another time with your groomer) before finishing a service. We give an additional grace period of 15 mins from the 30minute mark to pick up.
If you pick up past the allotted 45mins given, a $15 late pick up fee will be charged.
If you are more than an hour past the allotted 45mins given, a $30 late pick up fee will be charged.
A $75 late pick up fee will be charged, if you pick up past our closing time(5pm) and have already been informed when your pup would be ready for pick up.
At Clean Butts we give an estimated time when your pup will be done. We will also text and/or call to let you know when your pup will be ready for pick up.
When booking our services, please inform us if you need your dog ready by a specific time. Clean Butts will assess the schedule and book accordingly. Failure to notify us will result in late pick-up fees.
Cancellation/ No Show
Clean Butts requires 24hr notice of cancelling/rescheduling your appointment, otherwise there will be a $40 fee.
No show/no calls, will be charged the full amount of the services booked.
Current Vaccinations
Per state law all pets must be up to date on rabies vaccine. Proof of rabies vaccine is required prior service. Please bring a copy or email them to us at cleanbuttsgrooming@gmail.com
We highly recommend your pet to be update with all core vaccines.
Matted Coats
Clean Butts believes in comfort over vanity. Shaving a matted coat is the safest and most comfortable way of removing matting.
In cases of a matted pet, we will go over our matted release form with you. Our matting fee is an additional $25-$65.
Service Refusal Policy
Clean Butts reserves the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. Clean Butts Grooming prioritizes the well-being of both pets and groomers, ensuring that neither is subjected to stress or placed in a hazardous situation that could result in injury. Clean Butts, will not tolerate any harassment or bullying to its employees.
Veterinarian Authorization/Medical Emergencies
By utilizing Clean Butts Grooming services, the pet owner authorizes Clean Butts Grooming to obtain medical treatment from the nearest veterinarian during any medical emergencies while the pet is under our care. Clean Butts Grooming holds no liability for medical emergencies. The pet owner assumes all financial obligations for medical costs incurred.
General Grooming Risks
At Clean Butts Grooming, the safety and comfort of your pet are our utmost priorities. Our grooming equipment is sharp, and while we exercise the highest degree of caution and care at all times, incidents such as cuts, nicks, scratches, irritation, or quicking of nails can occur. Should an accident happen, we will immediately notify you. In case of a serious incident and if the owner is not present, Clean Butts Grooming will obtain immediate veterinary attention for your pet.
By utilizing Clean Butts Grooming's services, the owner acknowledges that Clean Butts Grooming shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, death, or medical costs related to their pet(s). The owner will bear all medical expenses and veterinary care costs.
Muzzles
At Clean Butts Grooming, muzzles are used only as a last resort. Muzzles are safe and do not harm your pet; they serve to protect both the dog and the groomer. The use of muzzle can enable the grooming process to proceed safely.
Photographs/Videos
By utilizing Clean Butts Pet Grooming services, pet owners’ consent to the use of all photographs and videos of their pets for marketing purposes, client records, the company website, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms, this also includes our groomers social media accounts. All such photographs and videos are the exclusive property of Clean Butts Pet Grooming.
